As a Preferred Vendor at the Brazilian Room for over 15 years we have done over 300 weddings there. We love the venue and know it well.

This package is $3,250, which includes florals listed below and a very minimal $15 set-up/delivery fee.

Florals include:

Bouquets for bride and bridal party (up to 4 bridesmaids), boutonnières for groom and groomsmen (not to exceed 5), ceremony decor limited to swags for arch, ground florals, or pillar arrangements (rentals for arches and pillars would need to be outsourced). Also included are centerpieces for up to 12 tables, along with a sweetheart table and florals for the welcome table.

Any additional florals can be invoiced separately. For example extra centerpieces, more elaborate design for ceremony, chair flowers, extra boutonnieres, etc.

Please confirm that your date is available before booking on our contact page. If your date is available we’ll discuss in detail about what items you’ll need and in what style/vibe you're looking for. Photos are always helpful for visual aid to give me a sense of your overall vision.
